What Causes Headache Along With Nausea?

i have headache and fill nausea. it looks like I have a pressure and tension on my haead. It started this morning the headache. I exercised and it was cold when I came out of the gim and now I feel bad than the morning. I slept and I felt btter but when I get up I feel nausea so I did not eat.

I really appreciate your concern, this could be due to hyperacidity and some time so called indigestion may be the cause of this, in my opinion just be in bed for some time have a light diet, if symptoms does not improved then this can be well managed with Tab omeprazole 40 mg once in day, and Tab Domperidone 30 mg once in day, hope this information helps, take care.
