What Causes Headache Along With Increased Sensitivity To Sound?

I have sinus type headache but a c.t scan showed no blockages in the sinuses. I also have echoing inside my head both from my own voice and a sensitivity to noise. I have had this condition for about 4 months. The headaches increase in intensity during the course of a day. No pain in the morning usually.

Hi
Thanks for posting on HCM
Headach with increased sensivity to sound may be caused by:
-A primary headach like migraine or tension-type headache.Primary headaches may not have any particular cause.
-Secondary headaches resulting from medical conditions like sinusitis, high BP, systemic infections like malaria, typhoid....
I will suggest you see the Doctor for investigation. You may need a BP check and tests like full blood count, ESR, malaria test, typhoid test...
In the meantime, i will suggest you try the following:
-Rest well
-Eat well and healthy
-Take a pain drug like aceclofenac or if pain too intense, you take a paracetamol-codeine combination like klipal.
Depending on the identified cause if any, your Doctor may prescribe other drugs.
Hope this will help
Wish you good health
