General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The presentation of narrated reports suggests that there is systemic sepsis condition, which has already affected the kidney.

This is not a normal casual condition which can be considered normal, you must get her admitted in another institute and get other relevant evaluations done to find out the underlying cause of sepsis and control it.

Thanks.

Take care.
