What Causes Headache After Urination?
My dad is having a severe pain in head after passing urine during the nights ? It happens only during the night and during the day he is completely relaxed . He had a by pass surgery 6 months ago ..Is this a side effect of the surgery ? could you please advise?

There is no direct co-relation between your father's bypass surgery and his headache post urination.
Although it can be due to changes in blood pressure especially after urinating.
I would recommend taking his blood pressure immediately after urination if possible.
Give him a pain killer like Tylenol to reduce the headache.
I would also recommend a visit to his cardiologist if his blood pressure is fluctuating.
