Hello,

You may be developed a post traumatic headache or sinusitis or nerve injury. Get it done CT of para-nasal sinuses. Avoid cool drinks and ice creams. Use water vapour inhalation thrice a day for five days. Use tablet Naproxen 250 for five days. If symptoms not improved please consult with your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
