hi im on a diet where i have breakfast in the morning and fruit for morning tea, Mixed Salad for Lunch, fruit for afternoon tea, and fruit or mixed salad for dinner, the excerise i go for a walk for 40 minutes, fast and up hill at first than slow it down a bit and down hill last, i also do sit ups and weight only lite weight as i way 120kg and dont want to build Mussel, but im also on these tablets called Xenadrine too, which helps boost energy, helps burn Calories. I have been doing this diet for about 2 weeks and only been doing the excerise for the last week and i am having head spins lately, could this be due to cutting down food or maybe doing to much to quick or should i go see my doctor and get my blood presher checked
