What Causes Head Pressure And A Hard Lump At Back Of Head?

i feel like the top of my head is protruding my eye balls are being sucked into my head and i have a hard lump on the back of my head and my skin feels tough.. I had a cat scan and they said it was normal but it feels like my head is going to explode i always feel pressure in my head not headaches but pressure they say its my sinus but i breath fine

By your history I feel that you are suffering from tension headache. It is also called as office headache as the headache is more often seen in the noon hours.
Your history also suggests that you are not suffering from any sinus infection. If you are taking any OTC analgesic tablets I suggest you to stop them. Also avoid smoking. Kindly seek appointment of an ophthalmologist and get refraction testing. Hope this helps.
