I have been with my current girfriend for almost two years and every time we have sex she can reach an orgasim but I can not. First I thought is might be stress or something like that but now I don't really know what to think. I am a 19 year old male please help
Dear service user, Thanks for writing to Healthcaremagic. I understand your concern about delayed orgasm or inability to have orgasm. At your age it is extremely unlikely to have physical illness. This happens at your age. Do not worry. Pleasure of orgasm (Climax) is considerably reduced due to drug abuse, myopathy, alcohol use, nerve damage and most commonly anxiety. Situational anxiety, partner related anxiety, performance anxiety, and pressure to ‘perform’ rather than to ‘enjoy’ is very common things which causes diminished supreme pleasurable satiety. Relax and just enjoy the pleasure during sex. If your mind is diverted to thoughts about climax, you will not have climax. Sex is both for pleasure of play and climax; not merely way to reach END (climax). Wish you good health.
