What Causes Hardness And Swelling On Tip Of Nose After Having Plastic Surgery?

Hi,i had nose tip plastic surgery for the secnd time and now its two months ago but still tip is hard and get swelling in the nose when i woke up.its in its orignl shape now and hard ? How much time it take? Did it came back in its orignal form or not because it look again like it was before kindly please reply...

I really appreciate your concern, if this is formation of fibrosis then it is questionable because as you said it is second time you had gone under the surgery, if this is not like that then it could be soft tissue inflammation, it may not be proper reconstruction done, it is depends upon the clinical observation for final confirmation hope this information helps.
