What Causes Hardness And Pain In The Stomach?

My dr told me i have hardening in the stomach. What causes hardening in the stomach? I ve been having stomach pain for almost nine months now. I just got the stomach hardening diagnosis last week. I have no acid reflux. Stomach pain have gone from just my right side of my abdomen to all over my stomach and even feeling pain in my groin area and around my belly button. What do you think?

Hi,

This can be due to various problems in gastrointestinal tract like stomach ulceration, stones in the gallbladder, problems in the liver.

You need to take it seriously by reporting to the emergency room.

You may be required for an ultrasound, endoscopy and liver function tests.

As your problem is identified it would be treated accordingly.
