General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi I am Dr Fahim and I will help you with your query
I have gone through your question and understood your concerns. You are having pain in right testicle, with no lumps on self-examination and there is some sort of hardness. It appears to be mild Infection of testis called orchitis. It is diagnosed by blood complete picture, urine routine examination, ultrasonography of scrotum. You need not to freak out and stay calm, as it is easily treatable condition. If such a patient into my clinic I usually treat him by prescribing tab ciprofloxacin 500mg 12hourly, tab paracetamol 500mg 8 hourly and scrotal support. Since mentioned antibiotics are prescription drugs, you need to see a general surgeon or an urologist to get these drugs. Wishing you rapid recovery.

I hope my answer will help you. Do rate it, if you like it.
