I had a bad prostate infection back in 2012 and then there was bad inflammation then got treated for inflammation but was dipping tobacco and went thru some ver Very bad pain and now my prostate feels hard inside but I can urinate ok but can t feel much sexual sensation and contractions during ejaculation

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You may have chronic prostatitis. It can leads to some fibrosis and hardening in prostate. However you should go for PSA level once. If your PSA level is increased then you should go for biopsy to rule out prostate cancer. Sexual problem is common with prostatic disease. If needed take a course of antibiotics. Consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
