What Causes Hardness And Heaviness In The Testicle?

Hi dr.i am 22 yrs old.i dont know is my testicle is dead or not yet but i cant feel my right testicle from since 6month and it get very small and very large sometime i feel heavyness to right one..now i am worried about my left testicle it also sometime feels like very hard same as other one..and my sperm sometime totally tranaparent and just a few drops quantity decreased ...i had seen many urologist and they suggested me to do KLBP ultrasound and all was normal...but nowdays i have backpain sometimes and heartpain along neck..i think now i am nearly going to be a cancer patient..i dont want to be die like that.help me plz what should i do no dr.is diagnos my problem

Get an ultrasound testis repeated. CT scan of the lower abdomen and testicles is the next step. Visit a good surgeon.
