Hi someone I know has a really strange , hard,dark, irregular shaped area on her butt cheeks with multiple round, diffent size crater like things coming out of her skin.. Said she has had it for years n it started off as a dark mark at first years ago and developed into what I described. It disgusting , never seen anything like it. She doesn t even kno what it is. And is getting worried because its getting harder n almost seems as if she can pull the round crater like thing out of her skin but is still connected to the flesh in the middle of the round thing. It also looks very crusty looking.. Have u ever seen anything like this
