HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if this is the history of bleeding per rectum and happening at the time of defecation, then it can be anal fissure or hemorrhoid, and it is happening due to constipation.
If you do have a constipation then it can be anal fissure, this is the first condition appears than the hemorrhoids, for confirmation clinical examination is the only option you have and without this it can not be ruled out, so I advise you to see the surgeon, in differential diagnosis it can be intestinal infection protozoa could be the reason if not the hemorrhoid or fissure
hope this information helps.
