What Causes Hard Stools With Bad Odor To Urine?

Hi my 2 year old daughter has had some really hard stools pebbles and some just big and hard she drinks a ton loves fruit and eats life ceral so I would think that she would have good stools but now today her urine has a really bad smell to it like she had a BM (we are in the potty training stage right now still in pullups) at first I thought that she finally had, had a noraml BM. I was wondering what I should do or if I should bring her into our family doctor
