Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You may have enlarged cervical lymphnode in your neck. It can be due to reactive hyperplasia, tuberculosis or lymphoma. In hiv reactive lymphnode and tuberculosis both are common. However it depends on your sexual history. If you have high risk sexual contact in past then thete is chance. You should go for fine needle aspiration cytology of that lump and hiv testing. It will clear all doubts. Then you should take treatment accordingly.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
