What Causes Hard Red Lump In The Pelvic Region?

I have a hard red bump above my pubic hairs/ lower abdomen its doesn t hurt or itch unless I squeeze it and when I squeeze it it turns white. Ive had it for only a couple of days as if it popped up out of nowhere. I have not had sex so I can t be an std

I share your concerns and thanks for providing sexual contact history.

In my opinion it is an infected hair follicle as it is a common finding in the area you have mentioned. Or it can be infected sweat or sebum glands.

However whatever the infection, a short course of antibiotics (penicillin group), anti inflammatory will be enough for its cure. Since antibiotics are prescription medicines, you need to get it prescribed by your general practitioner. You will be fine in 3 to 5 days.
