What Causes Hard Pus Balls On The Tonsils?

Ive always had big tonsills but my right one seems to be a little swollen and for around a year now it produces puss balls that are hard, and smell a little and give me a yuck taste in my mouth.it doesnt hurt although when i push on them to push out the puss balls it sometimes get sore and just lately around where my glads are seem to be sore and i have this constant headache and get a little dizzy and my vision hasent been as good...should i see a doctor and what could this be?

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns...

As per your complain the bad smelling pus balls that comes in mouth and are causing slightly swollen tonsil is not pus ball but are Tonsil stones or Tonsilloliths and are formed due to calcification of food debris over the tonsillar crypts..
They are harmless structures but are a cause of bad breath and swelling over the tonsils..
You should consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated and he/she can manually remove the stones and even you can remove them using q-tip..
You should also limit the intake of high calcium foods and dairy as they will cause more calcification..
You should always gargle with either warm saline or atleast normal water to prevent debris accumulation..
Drink plenty of water and maintain a good oral hygiene..
