What Causes Hard Pink Lumps Around The Anal Opening?

Hi there, I have few small pink hard lumps or spots around the opening of my anus. They present no pain and I have not had heavily blooded stools, only very rarely having light blood stains on my toilet tissue from perhaps excessive wiping. I am not sure whether they are a form of haemorrhoid or anogenital wart. I am a gay man but have not engaged in any form of sexual activity for at least three months. Using my fingers to test the area both the outside and inside of the anus felt tight and lumpy. Is it imperative I visit a GP or sexual health clinic ASAP?

Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
Most probably you have some piles. You should take treatment of that. For that you should consult general physician. No need to go for sexual clinic. If needed then go for surgery to remove haemorrhoids.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
