Hi, in the last 3-4 months I developed 3 deep, hard & non-movable subcutaneous gluteal lumps on buttocks, just below my lower back and hip. They are not visible, other than creating a dimple where they are located. It feels like they are developing inwards rather than outwards. The largest one is the size of an egg, the smallest one is the size of a walnut. Only the one on the left buttock (mid-size) creates discomfort when laying down or sitting due to its position relatively lower, to the mid way of the left buttock, compared to the position of the other 2 lumps which are closer to my lower back. What do you think they are? If they are just some fat mass, shall I ignore the discomfort? Thank you.
