What Causes Hard Lump On Forearm After An Injury?
A week ago I went to close a window and I had to push on it hard and while doing so - My forearm hit a metal roof on a bird cage and I immediately put ice on. It is now a week later and I can feel a hard lump in the middle of the black and blue is this cause for concern

it can be hematoma withcloted blood. now can give ice compression. it will disintegrate and slowly absorbed
