What Causes Hard Lump On Abdomen And Pus Oozing From Belly Button?

OK i have a friend who just know went to the hospital cuz he thinks he has appendicitis, 1 because he has a hard lump in his stomach and oily puss coming out of his belly button i told him it could be an infection from eating way to my greasy food. IDK u tell me doc.

The pain of appendicitis is localise to right lower quadrant of abdomen.it is associated with fever nausea and some time vomiting . It's an emergency if not treated properly and within time it can burst inside and pus can spread in abdomen but never outside like this..you have pus oozing outside with a hard lump that may be a superficial infection of hair follicles that we call folliculitis .It can be treated with topical antibacterial ointment or if needed some oral antibiotics .
