What Causes Hard Bony Swelling On Right Side Of Chest Bone?

The right side of my chest bone (below the neck and over the breast) sticks out more than the left side. It s not a bump really but more like a hard bony swelling, not very prominent unless you run your hand over it. I got an ultrasound done and there were no lumps or mass detected.
