General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
These are called papilomas and can be cured by a small cauterisation by a Dermatologist or be removed surgically by a General Surgeon. You can get both the Specialists in Bangalore easily.
These need to be removed with its root and do not give any scars, so do not be worried, they will not be seen. I understand what you must be thinking as you are unmarried.
