What Causes Hand Tremors And Fatigue In An Elderly?
I m looking for any condition that would explain hand tremors and frequent periods of fatigue in a 79 yo woman (my mother)? Parkinson s has been ruled out by several drs. Initial bloodwork indicated an overactive thyroid, but in the course of a nuclear thyroid test today, the endocrinologist concluded it was not an overactive thyroid and has ordered I think a biopsy involving needles. If such a test were positive would it explain both symptoms? My inclination would be to trust the blood results since they explained her major symptoms. Thanks

Susten is composed of progesterone hormone which is normally found in woman's body. It is not supposed to cause slurred speech or dizziness. I believe you may be having these symptoms from another issue and you may need to talk to a neurologist about it.
