What Causes Hand Shivering Along With Nausea And Dizziness While On Grilinctus?
My mom was advised grilinctus bm and Relent tab by our family doctor. She was initially having fever followed by severe cough. After taking grilinctus bm, her hands have started trembling and has nausea and dizziness. She is a hypertensive and diabetic patient. Kindly advise

I really appreciate your concern, mucolytic agent cause the tremor of hands but condition is reversible if it is more trouble some then better to avoid this (Bromhexine ) is the agent else this may not cause any nausea and vomiting hope this information helps.
