Hello Loss of weight , anemia , one clot in the armpit , loss of hairs ( vigorously ) and high body temperature . The history of illness as mentioned in the query is very ambiguous and very difficult to establish any diagnosis .These symptoms may be due to , these possibilities , these includes. 1 Tuberculosis ( H I V infection ) , diagnosis can be confirmed by Chest X ray , blood for C B C, E S R and elisa test ( serology test for HIV). 2 Cancer of intestine , diagnosis can be confirmed by M R I of whole body. 3 Blood disorder , get in blood examination for C BC , e s r , peripheral blood film. There are so many other reasons of such symptoms , hemorrhage ( during menses excess) , worm infestation , iron deficiency diet .
