What Causes Hair Loss After Recovering From Dengue Fever?
I had a dengue fever 3weeks back now I have fully recovered,,fortunately also not suffering from any after effects,,but from past couple of days I am experiencing abnormal hair fall in patches,,,is it telogen effluvium,,,my hair has become thin,,I feel disgusted in front of my friends,,,please suggest me some multivitamins,,,to overcome this..

As mentioned by it might be telogen effluvium, hair fall post any illness.
You can wait for few months before considering using minoxidil solution. See dermatologist as examination will better to comment on the need of it
