Hi Doctor, From last 1year i am having heavy hairfall.I had oily scalp since childhood and now it has become itchy scalp with bad odour.i had taken antifungal tablets(fluconazole) and used ketonazole,ramdev and elutron shampoo eariler it was fine but lately it grew more painful as the hairfall didnot stop and on the other side the hair texture became rough and the hairfall was mutilpilied.i expirienced 1 more thing the scalp has become very painful i cant cluth my hair and it pains even if i open it. kindly suggest as because the hairfall is so intense that i m having thin hair and broadened patches and immense hairfall.the scalp becomes dirty in 1 or 2 day after wash and during and after wash the hairfall is ..deadly. please help.
