What Causes Hair Fall, Headache And Bleeding Nose?

Hi Doc, I have suffered a headache for about three days and it has even disturbed my sleep when i leaned forward the headache got and blood dripped out of my nose for the entire day. i went to the doc. the following day when i was washing my hair a lot of hair was falling off as i rinsed it?

Hi...Can understand your concern...As per your query about having headache,nose bleed ,hair fall and disturbed sleep seems to be symptoms of anxiety and stress and this may cause blood pressure to rise and consequently nose can bleed..You need to check your blood pressure checked by visiting a physician and taking appropriate medicine for hypertensionlike atenolol or nifedepine etc..Do not take it lightly and if your BP is on higher side,salt intake should be controlled or restricted depending on your age and other factors..I hope the information helps you.You are welcome to have any further query on HCM.Take care.
