What Causes Hair Fall And Bald Spot In A Toddler?

I have a 3 yrs old daughter and just last weak I notice falling hair when I comb her hair after a bath and notice a bald spot on her head...what could this be? I also noticed that lately she easily get scared of only a car passing by,sound of a motorcycle or anything loud . Please help me

Hi.Can understand your concern. As per your query,hair fall and bald spot in a toddler can be due to some fungal infection or eczema in baby's scalp.I suggest you to consult a pediatrician as he will examine the baby's scalp and prescribe the necessary medication...Getting scared with sound of car or motorcycle is commonly seen in childhood.You should not worry about it if it is not very obvious.I hope the information helps you.Take care.
