Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern....

As per your complain you are suffering from PERICORONITIS which is inflammation of the gum flap that must be partially covering over the wisdom tooth and inflammation can occur due to food lodgement in between the gum flap and the wisdom tooth causing bacterial infection and inflammation or it can be due to bitten by the opposite jaw tooth and pain can radiate to throat ,roof of mouth and ear, entire jaw on the side and even side of head..
You need not to worry and can take Amoxicillin 500 mg thrice a day, for pain relief you can take Ibuprofen 400 mg three times a day,do warm saline gargles and chlorhexidine gargles..
Maintain a good oral hygeine and avoid food deposition in that area..
In case if the condition reoccur you can either get the gum flap removed by a small surgery under local anaesthesia and in case if the wisdom tooth is impacted [that will not erupt completely on its own] you can get it extracted for permanent relief..

Hope this information helps..
