Hi...
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns...
As per your complain the most common cause of
bleeding gums can be due to infection in gums causing
gingivitis and inflammation is a cause of bleeding..
Other cause can be inflamed gums at the site of
tooth eruption and gums may become tender and bleed..
It can also be due to viral infection known as
Herpetic Gingivostomatitis in which due to Herpes Virus 1 infection there is swelling and inflammation of gums which is proceeded by formation of blisters..
I would therefore suggest you to consult a Pedodontist and get her evaluated and a clinical examination and any investigations if required can help in confirming the cause and treatment can be planned accordingly..
For bacterial infection, scaling followed by antibiotics and painkillers will help..
In case of herpes antiviral medicines like Acyclovir can be advised oral as well as topical..
As of now you can apply a numbing gel over the gums for pain relief..
Tylenol can also be taken..
Cold compresses can help in reducing inflammation and bleeding..
Drink plenty of water and take a
soft diet..
Use an ultrasoft toothbrush to brush your teeth..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards.
