What Causes Grumbling And Pain In Stomach?

My stomach is grumbling, I ate but I forced it cause I only ate one time and that was at 11 this morning and it s 10:00pm now. I have nausea, pain everywhere in my stomach even upper in between my ribs and on my left side in my back. Pooping but it s watery.

Grumbling and blaoting in abdomen might be related to Aerophagia (excessive swallowing of air), Acid peptic disease, Liver and gall bladder disease

I would advise you to follow these guidelines
Avoid fatty fried spicy and junk food
complete abstinence of alcohol and smoking.
You should take plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables.
Have plenty of fluids

You can take anyiacidity medicines like pantoprazole or ranitidine with antacids for symptomatic relief.
