What Causes Grinding Sensation In The Bones?
Hello. I have had this weird feeling for years. I can t find anything on it and it has drove me crazy. Every once in a while it feels like metal is grinding my bones. It s usually up towards my jaw and teeth but will hit my arms and chest and sometimes legs. It doesn t hurt, just more so drives me crazy. At least doesn t hurt anymore.

if this starts from ur jaws and teeth ..there must be 2 reason
first if u gone some dental procedure such as dental restoration (filling) so sometimes if high points are left in filling it make u feel uncomfortable and sometimes sever pain in jaws and teeth which further migrate to head neck arms and chest too
second might be u r a bruxism patient ...unknwngly u grind ur teeths
