Hello, I started my mentral cycle today I m barely bleeding, but i have cramping with being nauseous. I ve used the bathroom several times today and each time I ve whipped I noticed a what looks like a gray flesh looking blood clot. What could this be

I really appreciate your concern, it is likely to happens in irregular menses some time it may be due to infection too, the best option is to wait for some time and it will come around if not then may needs ultrasonography test hope this information helps.
