What Causes Greenish Shadow Above Upper Lip?

i have a greenish shadow above my upperlip which looks like a moustache shadow, when u see it from near its clean free from here.bcz of this problem i switched to laser as earler i was doing threading/waxing.but having undergone 7 sittings still the problem exist of that greenish shadow.my doctor recommemded me to use tri o block.is it safe to use this cream or any other medicine i should prefer.and plz let me know how this problem will be solved bcz it looks very odd.

Trio Block is safe to use and is a pigment lightening agent. However the darkening of the upper lip commonly occurs because of repeated irritation like waxing/laser/lip smaking/habitual pulling out the dry skin layer of the skin from lip/surrounding area.
My suggestion: Use sunscreen 3 time s a day (9-12-3) and use a soap free cleanser like cetaphil cleansing lotion. Avoid all treatments for about 3-4 months. Remove the hairs wioth razor only: nothing else. This should resolve by then
