Hi,I am Dr. Subhankar Chakraborty (Gastroenterologist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
What Causes Green Stool When Diagnosed With Chronic Pancreatitis?
I am a 31 year old woman. I had chronic pancreatitis for 8 years and finally had my pancreas and spleen removed in July. I have had c diff twice. For the last 2 weeks I have had constant diaharea and I suspect it could be cdiff. Today my stool changed from orange to green. I have lost weight and the last 2 days my stool has a distinct acitone smell. I am scared to go to the dr. Does this sound bad or is there a chance it might still resolve on its own?
