Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

Green discharge may be due to a bacterial infection like pseudomonas. Yellowish in pneumococci or other bacterial infection. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. What do you mean by scratch? Scratch may be due to self induced due to itching.Avoid water entry into ears while bathing. Please consult with your ENT specialist he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
