General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello
You shouldn't be worrying, the green stool is mostly caused by the accelerated motility of your intestines in a way that foods are not well digested and with the effects of bile, it turns green.
Or it may be caused by ingestion of green foods or supplements like iron.
Be patient and the colour of your stool will return to normal with time.
If you still have diarrhoea make sure that you are well hydrated.
If you have other symptoms like fever, abdominal pain or abdominal rigidity (hard like a board) or your ileostomy is soiled and looks like infected you need to see a doctor.

Hope I answered your question
Wish you a speedy recovery
