General & Family Physician 's  Response
In infants the change in the color of the stool to green can still be said as a normal change, as long as it is not accompanied by other complaints, such as decreased appetite, bloody stool, vomiting, fussy baby, decreased weight, etc. In addition the baby's stool is generally not shaped, can be like pasta / beige, seeds (seeded), and can also like diarrhea / liquid. Frequency of defecation in infants varies, can be 4-10 times a day or vice versa, once in 3 - 7 days.
By the present of the mucus and also the occult blood in your baby's stool, he might had amoebiasis that also known as dysentery which caused by any of the amoeba of the entamoeba group.
Actually dysentery will generally heal after a few days without requiring medical treatment, especially dysentery due to bacteria. Just to make sure to keep your baby hydrated.
In order to speed healing, doctor may would prescribed some antibiotics, and also the patients with diarrhea with symptoms that get worse too. The type of antibiotic given will be determined by the doctor after the laboratory results prove the type of dysentery suffered by the patient.

Just continue to breastfeeding your baby and we recommend you to continue the oflomac and Enterogermina for 10 days. Always monitor your child's condition and if your baby become dehydrated go to emergency room ASAP.

To keep in mind:
1. Always wash your hands with running water and soap after using the toilet, changing diapers, before and after breastfeeding, before eating, cooking, preparing food, and after playing with pets.
2. Clean the toilet with disinfectant after defecation.
3. Separate clothing when washed.
4. Washing your baby with warm water.

I hope your baby get well soon.
