* As per my clinical experience, there are ample number of conditions which can present as gradual weight loss with erectile dysfunction as
- metabolic derangements (diabetes or else)
- hypothalamus or pituitary disorders
- problems with testosterone or other hormones
- hematological issues as low counts
- hidden inflammation process, malignancy or else
* In my clinic, I recommend a complete set up of hormone workup for the best possible cause evaluation and management.
However, providing previous work up details would be best at this point to discuss further.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
