Hello dear
Understand your concern.
Both gonorrhea and chlamydia are STD.
Transferred by sex: vaginally, oral and anal sex.
It may be occur together.
But some time gonorrhea may be come negative as the infection in latent phase.
Or it may be bias in test
You can repeat the test for confirmation

Douching and Previous infection also increased risk.

Consult gynecologist.
Do the following test
1. Pelvic examination
2. ELISA and Nucleic acid amplification test to diagnose STD infection

Treatment
1. Antibiotic: Ampicillin-sulbactam plus doxycyline
2. Analgesic: Meftal spas
3. Paracetamol for Fever
4. Cetrizine if itching.

Hope this may help you
Wish you good health
