Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that you are suffering from two different conditions one is oral thrush that is causing white coating over the tongue and is an yeast infection and for this taking anti-fungal agents like Nystatin mouthwash and clotrimazole lozenges and taking more of probiotics like Yoghurt and garlic can relieve..
If still it does not resolve oral anti-fungal medicines like Fluconazole or Itraconazole can help..

Now the other part of your question is globus feeling in throat along with a history of having acid reflux indicated that you have inflammation and swelling in throat secondary to acid injury caused by stomach acid leading to feeling of something struck in throat..

You should consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated for thrush so that he can also rule out for thrush whether it is present only in mouth or it is present in throat also..
Anti-fungal treatment will be given to you..

If you still have the globus feeling present and still reflux is present, consulting a Gastroenterologist and getting evaluated and if required endoscopy can be done to to rule out the exact problem and treatment can be done accordingly..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
