What Causes Giddy When I Sleep On My Tummy?

When I lay on my stomach & try to lift my head up, like to watch tv. I can't, I get this ugly feeling in my head. Pressure, I feel like my head wants to pop, everything becomes silent. Like if I loose my hearing. It just hurts. The other day I experienced while walking the same exact symptoms. I also feel like I'm going to pass out during.

As you describe, it appears to be the vertigo, and the reasons being the hypertension, diabetes, infection of the internal ear, or cervical spondylosis.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have an M.R.I. for diagnosis.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods.
