What Causes Giddiness, Hunger Pain, Burning Hands After Too Much Exercise?

Age 43, male,weight 86 kg, Symptoms were giddiness, hunger pain, burning hands and fingers as well as legs. This was started after too much exercise my weight was around 84 kg after running I reduced to 76 kg, when this illness accrued I stopped exercise. From last 10 years that is sweating full body suddenly with giddiness, after taking some tea or food after half an hour I becoming normal (this is mostly happened when balance of diet is disturbed) I have done all checkup nothing found wrong, now I am treating myself by routine food carrot+ lattice in salad, spinaches and other in vegetable as well as lentils, rice 100 gram for one time food,(I am feeling good with this balance diet) problem is weight increased to 86 kg if I reduce food, I will become again sick, how I can reduce my weight, if I will exercise I am fear with sugar down, can u suggest me, can I exercise again? I am vegetarian.

Hello,Welcome to the HCM
Since you have been not following proper diet plan for reducing weight and exercise.It happens when balanced portions of carbohydrates,protein and fats are not taken.
My opinion would be ,always have some light food for example complex carbohydrates (brown bread,brown cereal,sweet corns,pop corns etc) half hour before starting exercise. And some protein for example (protein shakes,milk, sprouts) half hour of exercise.Have your meal in small portions frequently in every 2 and half hrs with balanced diet.
