What Causes Giddiness And Sudden Asleep To 6 Year Old?

My daughter 6 and been playing all day felt good layed down tonight said and after about 10 min she started to say she felt like she was spinning so my wife had her sit up lean on her she still felt like that she just fell asleep do you have any ideas what it could be

Hi...the first thing I would like to rule out in such scenario will be to rule out a seizure. We need to do an EEG and if it is abnormal we need to start the kid on anti-seizure medication.

Th other possibility is that it could be a Vertigo.

Whatever it is - she needs evaluation and I suggest you consult your pediatrician immediately.
