Hi there, I understand your frustration, but we need more information. The first thing that comes to mind is candida, or yeast infection, but since you have tried many medications, I hesitate to recommend regular therapy like clotrimazole or fluconazole without first knowing what you have tried. It could be bacterial vaginosis, or sometimes infections like Chlamydia are hard to see in regular tests. Get back to us with details on which medication you have tried and how your wife responded, as well as results from tests that the gynaecologists have run, even those that came back negative.
