What Causes Gastritis, Diarrhea And Mild Abdominal Pain?

Hello doctor, Irrespective the food or qualntity I take, I feel a lot of gas in the early morning, say around 4am for the last some weeks. And I feel like going to toilet. Generally I eat some light food like idli, or rice etc in small quantity before 7.30pm and usually go to bed at around 10.30pm. And the stool will be loose, not watery and I feel slight pain at my lower belly. Otherwise I do not have much issues with digestion with normal foods. But when I take wheat or non veg foods, I feel like difficult to digest and a lot of gas in other times. Please answer why this happens. Sayi S, Age 40, Male
